Terms of Use
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website of TED — Tecnologia e Desenvolvimento ("TED"). By browsing the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Purpose of the site
This is an institutional, informational website: it presents TED's services, publishes content about artificial intelligence applied to business, and offers contact and support channels.
The content of the blog, stories and help center is informational and does not constitute legal or accounting advice, nor a guarantee of results. Every project has its own characteristics, defined in a proposal.
Intellectual property
The texts, brand, layout and other elements of this site belong to TED or its licensors. You may quote and share the content with attribution and a link to the source; full reproduction for commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site in good faith and commit not to: attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas or third-party data; overload, interfere with or compromise the site's security and availability; or use the forms to send unlawful or offensive content, or spam.
Admin panel
TED's panel is restricted to authorized users (staff and clients with an active project). Credentials are individual and non-transferable, and the holder is responsible for actions performed with their account.
Administrative actions are recorded in an audit trail, as described in the Privacy Policy. TED may suspend access in case of misuse or security risk.
Contracted services
Hiring TED's services is governed by a specific proposal and/or contract, which prevail over these terms wherever they provide otherwise. These terms apply only to the use of the site.
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, secure and up to date, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or absence of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TED is not liable for damages arising from use of the site beyond the cases provided for in applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights guaranteed to you by Brazilian law.
Privacy
The processing of personal data through this site is described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of TED's domicile, subject to the legal jurisdiction rules applicable to consumer relations.
