TED — Tecnologia e Desenvolvimento ("TED", "we") is a Brazilian company specializing in artificial intelligence and tailor-made solutions. For the purposes of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD), TED acts as the controller of personal data processed on this site.

This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and what your rights are as a data subject.

Contact form: name, email and the content of your message, provided by you when requesting contact or opening a ticket.

Admin panel: for clients and staff with panel access, we process name, email, access role and audit records of administrative actions (who did what and when).

Essential technical data: language and theme preferences, and the minimum required to keep your session authenticated. We use no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

To respond to your contact, diagnosis and support requests; to provide and improve contracted services; to keep the admin panel secure, including authentication and audit trails; and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data or use it for purposes incompatible with those described above.

We process personal data under the following LGPD bases: pre-contractual procedures and contract performance (art. 7, V), to answer requests and provide services; legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), for site security and improvement; compliance with legal obligations (art. 7, II); and consent (art. 7, I), where applicable.

We share data only with hosting and infrastructure providers that process information on our behalf, under contract and our instructions, and with public authorities where legally required.

Client data used in projects serves that client's project exclusively and is never reused in third-party solutions.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of this policy or to comply with legal obligations. Once the purpose ends, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We adopt technical and administrative measures proportional to the sensitivity of the data: password encryption, role-based access control, audit logging and the principle of least privilege. No system is infallible, but privacy and security are architecture requirements in everything we build — including this site.

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request: confirmation that processing exists; access to your data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent, where consent is the legal basis.
