Trust is the foundation of any partnership. When a company opens its processes, numbers and data to us, it needs to be certain all of it will be treated with the same care it would apply — or more. That's why confidentiality is not a differentiator at TED: it is the rule from first contact.

Discretion from the first conversation

Everything you share with us during diagnosis, proposal or project is confidential by default. We sign non-disclosure agreements whenever the client requests — and often before they ask.

Access control

Each piece of information is accessed only by those who need it to work. Our project environments use individual authentication, role-based permissions and audit logs of administrative actions — the same standard we apply to the systems we build for you.

Your data remains yours

Data used in AI projects serves your project exclusively. We never reuse one client's data in another client's solution, and at the end of the contract we return or delete the copies in our custody, according to your preference and applicable law.

We treat your business with the discretion we'd want for our own.
