How we handle personal data compliance

Projects involving personal data are designed from the start in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and equivalent regulations.

That means minimal necessary collection, explicit purpose, adequate legal basis and respect for data subjects' rights — as an architecture requirement, not an afterthought.

At the end of the contract, we return or delete the data in our custody, according to your preference and applicable law.
